Construction. As with the 2D CAD process, the team that physically surveyed the asset also constructs the BIM model. This is the only way that we can ensure that the experience gained from the site survey and the accuracy of the 2D CAD production is passed into the resulting BIM.
MeasuredBIM. We view the model construction as an organic process. By adding a third dimension to our existing 2D CAD issue and cross checking against the 3D scan data ensures that any inconsistencies within the concurrent datasets are addressed.
